Photographer Chris Moore has been covering fashion from haute couture to the birth of prêt-à-porter, to the present. This exhibition covers more than sixty years of work using “Catwalking: Photographs by Chris Moore” (2017), the retrospective book on his career, as its structural reference. It not only serves to illustrate the history of fashion from the first catwalk show to today’s; but is also a historical look at fashion showing individual designs that each captured the zeitgeist of their decade. A total of approximately 200 original photographs selected from the photographer's vast archive will be displayed alongside 40 outfits from the photographs to re-create the feeling of a catwalk in the venue.
